Charlotte Hornets center Cody Zeller suffered a fracture in his right hand during Monday’s game against the Orlando Magic, the team announced.

Zeller exited to the locker room in the third quarter and had X-rays that showed the injury.

The 7-footer had 14 points and six rebounds in 24 minutes before leaving the game.

This season, Zeller has started all 35 games for the Hornets. Entering Monday, he was averaging 9.2 points, 6.2 rebounds and 2.1 assists per game.
